Average service from cell c

I have been with cell c for a little over 4 years now and have had a few complaints but all were dealt with. I recently logged in on my account portal and realized I was due for an upgrade but when I checked on my self-service a couple of weeks back it told me I was due on the 14th of April. That confusion has since been resolved and I hope I will not have to come here to complain in the future. Thanks
