Automated response to make it look good on this site. They "respond" very fast to any complaints, but do they actually help to solve the problem fast. So and so will contact you, (we know that, but WHEN, HOW FAST, AND WOULD THE PROBLEM BE SOLVED IN A EFFICIENT AND FAST MANNER)
