Auto Contract renewal

My data contract was due for an upgrade. I was contacted by Thandekile Mhlanga who provided me with various options. After inquiring about an option i was informed that she had issues on her system and would contact my once this was sorted. This was on the 24th of March. After numerous failed attempts to make contact with her, i decided to upgrade online. There i was greeted with the fact that my contract has already been renewed. And not to the package i wanted. I would like this to be cancelled and replaced with another one that is currently running as a special
