Authentication Your Name?
My child lost his phone and wanted to do a simswop to get his number. Àfter 2 sim cards and mutiple questions, he failed to be "authenticated" to do the sim swop. He needs the number for work but because he could not be allowed by Cell C we face many ups and downs. I can not think that confirmation of your names and id number and the contact number and a parents number you dial regularly could cause a non authentication. Cell C knows how to frustrate people.
