Auditors taking time

I have won money in the Real Deal competition in July and still did not get my prize. The competition state that I will receive my prize in 60 days well it's been almost 120 days now and the lady that answers the phone at Real Deal, Thumi keep on telling me that she is waiting for the auditors. Is this not what one can call breach of contract? I have spend money to take part in this competition and now I do not get my prize as promised.
