I am trying to cancel my Cell C contract and I called in to ask how to do so. I was told the amounts and then I was told to go to a Cell C store so that I can pay them to cancel. So I drove to a Cell C store and was told no you cant pay here you must call Cell C. after telling this person that I was told to come to a store she got snotty with me and said there is nothing she can do. ( by the way every time I have gone to this store in the MARC it is an absolute joke, no one greets you or bothers to help you, so I just continue going to Sandton City. Far better at a franchise than an owned store) Useless…….

So I call cancellation department again and get aggravated by the person who answer because I ask to speak to a manager and then the attitude starts. Thsepiso or whatever her name was because the line was so bad and crackling I could not hear her half the time answered with just a Hello ( wonderful I might say like she is on holiday and speaking to friends) the more I ask her why is YOUR staff giving me the wrong information, Why can’t I cancel over the phone the?. Then she starts giving me the amounts I need to pay, I’m standing in a shopping mall where does she expect me to write this down. Where is the cancellation quote on a letter head, NOTHING!!! So unprofessional. She is beyond rude and lost my temper with her. Cell C is probably the WORST when it comes to customers and even signal, it’s a selfish brand and I’m glad it is going under because of how useless it is and how the staff treat clients. I will never use Cell C again. Beyond a joke.

Cell C has really become the wort network in this country and as a Cell C user I have noticed.
