Attention Compitition Commission! CELL C is making extra money during the Virus pendamic with Secret Unknown Subscription Services they add & imppossible for me to ever get it stopped!

I am stuck in this HORROR when I have blocked Subscription Services a year ago & CELL C now went & breached & bypassed our legal contract to not bill me more than R419.00 & you caught CELL C adding subscription services & I've already blocked it months ago with *133*1#, & today *133*1# says there is no subscription services active & your CELL C' App limit is still set to R419.00 & it's a Data Contract Sim Card that never ever ever gone near a phone - then CELL C comes and add MORE content services to my bill!! If CELL C is all over the internet confessing that they want WAPS services open for abuse by default, then CELL C Bosses are right now knowing inside their minds that they are guilty and deliberately taking extra money from me, his customer during a time of lock down that I had no work or income. Yes exactly, I'm sitting with these bills openly showing CELL C started billing since the Virus started in March 2020. That's God's truth - they took it, they have it, they took the money via debit order. And it public that they will never ever give it back to you for using CELL C's Unknown Services. One month it was so high that it bounced as there was just enough money (they went further and added a R70 fee for debit order return), And then the next month, they got their money but then caused my other debit orders to bounce. And moreover, their greed is so excessive there is no call center you can call to put a stop to this, in which I am saying, they are taking this virus to save employees salaries. So CELL C has now added their internal hidden, unknown "Content Services" to my bill and I have no way or place to go or to call to get it stopped!! How would you feel if you have no money in the world and people you thought you're supposed to trust are taking your very last cent? Ethics question - what do they call that again?
