Att: CELL C CEO !!!! PEOPLE DO NOT TAKE OUT CONTRACTS AS YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE YOUR PACKAGES PHONES ETC....
My husband took out a contract online and we atill havemt recieved the package. While taking out the contract on the phone he told the lady he gives his wife permission to handle everything and to collect the package. She agreed and spoke to me and got all his information and now they dont want to deliver the phone. They call him now more than a week later and says they can only deliver to him. He works in jhb and im in durban. Hes only here on weekends. So how are we to get the parcel now??? Does Cell c not want our business cos we can gladly take it to another service provider! The contract is in his name as im a housewife and the phone is for me!!! The courier company does not want to give us their details either. We called cell c yesterday and guess what...NO HELP either. Is this how you treat your potential customers??? You can keep your contract and I will get in touch with your CEO and ensure that this issue is investigated!... Must my husband fky down to collect the parcel...is cell c going to pay for his trip??? This is absolutely PATHETIC SERVICE and we havent even gotten the phone as yet!! Either you deliver the phone today or tomorrow at latest or keep your phone and we will take.our business elsewhere. Absolutely shocking customer service. Contact my husband immediately to make an arrangement to deliver this phone immediately to myself or to him or you can CANCEL this damn contract!!! I will gwt in touch with your CEO and mention all the names of the people we spoke to and your CEO can listen to the calls as they are recorded. I ONLY WANT A MANAGER TO CONTACT ME REGARDING THIS OR I WILL CONTACT YOUR CEO IMMEDIATELY!!!!

They did not bother to contact my husband to get his business address in jhb for them to deliver even though my husband gave permission on the phone for your consultant to deal with me and she was fine once security questions were answered but the courier company doesnt want to deliver it to me even though I have all the proof of id and residence. Listen to the call as your consultant said it would be ok for me to recieve the phone. This is by far the worst service from a telecommunications industry iv EVER experienced and I was a manager at one of your competitors!!!
My husband has still not recieved a call to get his address.
Mpact 1 Atom road wadeville Johannesburg!!! His number is ***. Make the arrangements asap or i will go woth another service provider that wants our business. Maybe u guys are making enough money and dont want our business.
Your delivery department doea not even want to give us the courier contact number so you tell me...how are we suppose to sort this out????
