Atrocious treatment from Cell C Customer Care agents

The customer service agents are the most clueless and probably the worst trained people i have ever come across. I Tried to sort out my voicemail becauseI kept getting "The service is not currently available, please try again later" and the idiot on the other side of the line tried to tell me that the reason for this is that there might not be any voicemaill to retrieve.

Where in your life have you ever heard such nonsense. The agents are extremely rude, uninformed, pathetically trained and lazy. I don't even think they realize or remember the calls are all recorded.
