Atrocious service cell c

Worst company to deal with ever . Call Centre never being answered timeously , the promise to get back to you but never do . They Ignore every email that is sent . Get a response to say they will Provide feedback in 48 hrs has never happened . They accidentally charged me more that they should have after a contract upgrade , tried for months for feedback , eventually the original guy that did the upgrade called to say be made a mistake , they going to stick to the amount they quoted but would calculate a credit for the amounts I would pay in extra over a two year period and we’re going to add the credit then . I’m still waiting for The credit . This happened approximately 3 months ago . Have called multiple times , have enrolled multiple times and still no feedback . To top it all off they allowed a sim swop that was done by someone *****ulently , I had revived sms and called them immediately , agent said it was nothing , called the ***** department who confirmed it was infact something and not nothing and that the sim swop had been done . I’m still waiting for feedback from the ***** department about this incident which hasn’t happened , it’s been 3 weeks . If I could give them minus ten stars I would , even the one star is way more than they deserve . Think carefully before going into business with cell c .
