Atrocious service and Harrassment by CELL C

I CANCELLED and PAID up FULLY in NOVEMBER 2023!!!!I sent bank proof of payment and screenshots at least 3 times!!!!!!!I got confirmation from cell c all was cancelled..AND I returned the phone!!!!They continuously phone me to pay my debit order!!!!!!I have told whoever calls me to phone Greenstone and speak to VINA...she sorted it out..I went there 4times!!!! My friend went in 11 times to the walking centre in Woodmead!!!!!!!!Cell C must please stop harassing me and get their facts right and STOP calling me to pay up!!!!!!Their service is totally unacceptable.. it is shocking!!!!!!!!they are FULLY AWARE of all the calls,steps I've taken,cancelled everything I had related to them..contract,phone,full and final payment was made..I have proof and SO DO THEY!!!!!!STOP HARASSING ME Cell C!!!!!
