Atrocious service.. .

I have been trying to get hold of Cell C legal Department but to no avail, every time I call I get given the same sodded message by customer agents that the back office will get back to me within 2 working days it has been almost 3 weeks.. I have sent numerous emails and still no response the number given to me today *** says they are having technical issues and to call back later... when is later because it seems that there regular issues in getting hokd of the legal department or just to have someone call back...
