atrocious serivice why should I jump through hoops

<p>yet again am still wanting for cell c to give feed back on when they are going to pay back the money for billing me on an expired cancelled contract.Theodorah Molotsi asked for bank statments to see how much and when cell c debited money on my account as if they have that information,I supp**** it to her its day 4 now but still nothing has been done no feed back nothing. </p>
