ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE

I app**** for a cell contract in May of last year and the order was duplicated by Cell C in error - I have since then been struggling to get them to collect the duplicate phone and cancel the extra contract. My calls and email complaints fall on deaf ears, and when I do get through to their inept call centre I get sent from pillar to post and yet no-one seems capable of assisting me. I have just held the line for 46 minutes!!!!!!! I am at my wit's end with this situation and now my credit record is being impaired due to their incompetence. This is not acceptable behaviour Cell C.
