Atrocious Cell C what's next?

I am very dissapointed with Cell C network and customer care service received telephonicly, I have phone a couple of times explaining the problem I have . I have absolutely horrible connectivity even while my phone is indicating that I have 4G I tolerated the wait in proving that I have awful coverage but I see I can't upload it. Download Speed: 0.04mbps upload 2.02 I am breaking ties with this company that lack basic customer needs.

From what I can see this company should start focusing on the customers they have and improving on the service they're already supplying and they should stop competing with other companies until they can actually maintain a sustainable environment for their customers that have been loyal to they as I have seen multiple complaints about the service and coverage.

For a company who brags about what they do and what they're capable of it's back to the basics, or just end cell services and focus on the new fiber that seems to be taking priority and stick to it
