AT WITS END WITH THIS......

Okay - me again!!! So after my previous review I received a call and this lady sounded helpful, competent and apologetic to what I had to go through for so long.... She promised me that the contract will be cancelled and the money will be refunded. Also, she suggested I start another contract more to what my need will be, and I (to much regret today) decided to agree on signing up for a new contract because she will cancel this mentioned one.....

Guess what - new contract deducted money right on time and.....OLD CONTRACT WAS STILL NOT CANCELLED AND PAYMENT STILL GET DEDUCTED UP TO TODAY!!!!

This is really so disappointing for me, for I'm always someone who wants to give a company another chance, but I deeply regret this. Is there any other route one can take to get service from Cell C staff???
