At my wits end with cell c service

I have now tried for Three while days to get hold of Cell C legal department. After every measure taken through their customer care centres and everything cell c is telling me to do fails.

Now I'm here

I need to settle my account that I had with them I want my record clear but cell c is making it impossible for me to get this done.

I'm begging them to pay them. Where in the world do you see that.
