***** at Cell C

I have terrible experience with Cell C yet again. Cell C is running a cellphone contract campaign but their staff is de*****ing people, you agree to their "special" and they also add another sim card to your contract with a larger benefit. I took up a contract that was supposed to cost me R279 a month to my surprise I was billed R1166.63 when I brought this to their attention I was told to write an affidavit detailing my dispute and send it to their ***** mail box. I have done that 4 weeks ago when I'm following up on the case I get contrasting responses and you can not speak directly with whoever is handling the case. It seems like they are encouraging this type of behavior from their employees.
