Assaulted and violence / Worse Service ever.

On the Tuesday the 21st I went to Cell C Festival Mall to perform a sim swap. Got there and explained to Tshokgofatso what had happened to my sim card. He checked my number and told me that my Rica Information does not match I need to contact the call center. I asked him how come he could not assist me because the last time they did assist me they only needed my ID and the last 5 dialed numbers. He said he can't I need to call the call center. I called the call center two times whiles with him and failed authentication. He then said I must just get a new number there's nothing he can do. I explained to him that I cannot afford to get a new number and stated my reasons, He then sold me a sim card and said that I must keep on trying the call center. Went home and called the call center again at 1:52PM I spoke to Nobuhle she could not help me she said I have attempted more than 3 times therefore they won't help me I must go to the store. Explained to her what happened she said I must go back and ask Tshekgofatso to call the call center and request to speak to a team leader and they will talk to him. Lucky I had recorded the conversation I drove back to the store and when I got there I explained to Tshekgofatso what I have been told and asked him to listen to the recording. He started to be RUDE and said Kahle Kahle uthi nginamanga. He did not even try to call the call center as per Nobuhle had said or listen the recording. I then asked him what must I do because I cannot afford to loose my number and his not even trying to help me, He said even I can ask his colleagues they won't help me I must just get my self a new number. I had my phone on my hand and started recording him as a prove that he did not want to assist me. He grabbed my phone by force and deleted the video while then he puts it on the table i then tried to capture another video him and the two ladies gang up on me and assaulted me. Broke my phone the screen and the back. While this whole thing was happening a lady named Florence and some guy I think his the store manager came and wanted to find out what was happening, I explained to them and the guy seem to be on Tshekgofatso's side because when asked them to fix my phone he said they cannot do that since they not sure if I came with a broken phone. I asked him to check on the cameras so that I can be fare he refused and just said he can only assist me with a Sim swap nothing much. He refused to give me his name and Tshekgofstso's Surname because I did mention to him that I will report them he didn't seem to care he even said you can go ahead if it will fix your phone. Can Cell C fix my phone this is a brand new phone besides that your staff member broke it and even worse they assaulted me. Is this how you treat your clients? I have never been so embarrassed and treated like a **** of **** like this. No one has the right to assault or treat anyone like the way I was treated can this be sorted.
