*******! As ******* as Eskom
*******!!! They tell me over the phone I must upgrade. Go I to store, I apparently haven't paid my bill in. 2 mths.,.. I have proof of payment. No one is able to assist. A month ago I was promised that if I paid my monthly installment today for which I paid extra to make an immediate payment. I would be upgrading me. I have not received a phone call and they are insisting I owe 2 mths. I hate this company, they are useless. I would not recommend them to anyone. I will try and cancel my contract which they are also ******* about. You have to give 30 days notice which they don't tell you about.
