Arrogant service and no feedback

one again i have to complaint about Cell c service<br> <br> almost 2 weeks ago a logged a complaint about Cell C service and accounts and them not coming back to people to give feedback on queries logged.<br> <br> i logged a query with them with ref nr: *** - with regards to account charges after an upgrade<br> <br> when logging a call they state they will get back to you within 48 hours<br> <br> after few days i eventually turned to Hello Peter site as i dont get any feedback - i received a call from them few days later and when i answered no one rep**** - i kept saying hello - for 36 seconds - no one spoke to me. they then stated on Hello peter they cant get hold of me - no other call came through only that 1. i left details again and few days later still no feedback or call.<br> <br> this morning i called in ant spoke to a female person - not sure what name was - and explained what happened previously - she stated 1 of their departments only opens at 8 - to which i rep**** i dont care about time opening as i only want them to call me to give me feedback. she got very arrogant and interruptive and put the phone down.<br> <br> is this the kind of service Cell C gives - pathetic!!!<br> <br>
