Arrogant, disrespectful and useless

I write a report on Cell c about my phone which taken for repairs over a month ago and was promomised that it will take 15 working days to resolve. Even when I call to find out what is hapenning they just hang up the phone and don't get back back to me......even today the the thing happened. Cell c u debited my account for repairs and monthly instalment. Can somebody tell me which the the hell my phone is!!
