Arrogant CEO Douglas Craigie Stevenson

I have had SEVEN contracts with Cell C since day one and have always had issues with the bad service I have received. I am now retired and have THREE contracts and plan moving to another service provider. I've sent several emails to their CEO Douglas Craigie Stevenson and CFO Zafar Mahomed telling them how bad is their customer service and I plan moving to another service provider, but they are so arrogant not to personally reply to my emails. They have their junior inexperience cronies replying to it. I wanted them to personally be aware of how bad is Cell C and the reason their customers are leaving.
