Arrogant and rude service
<p>Walked into cell c in parow center, parow cape town. I was welcomed with an employee who looked tired and annoyed. He didn't not even take time to listen to my problem. He was too preoccupied with his phone. He turned to his ***orker and said he's glad he won't have to come into work tomorrow because he doesn't want to deal with "these damn customers" right in front of me </p> <p>I took my documentation and left because clearly I wasn't gonna get the help I needed.</p>

It is disappointing to learn that the store rep did not conduct himself in a professional manner and did not offer the service as expected.
This will be addressed with the store manager to have this kind of behavior rectified. Sincere apologies for the unsatisfactory service and inconvenience caused.
