Cell C never called me since I wrote my review and promised to call me. They don't care about their customers only money they want from me. How could they debit money from my bank whereas I requested to pay via atm I also have nedbank account I pay my contract but now not happy with them at all. It's my third review about them but not is changing they go to my bank in order they can charge me. How can I solve this I'm not interested to be part of them.

13 Aug 2021, 10:30I'm still waiting for the call. What suprise me is I just recieved an email stating I owe them R309, is the anyone who cares to give a call. Last month 2 SMS saying I owe R215 and R240, I paid that money. After that I owe R583. For a siber person my contract costs me +- R300 per month which I never missed my payments. Is cell c trying to rob me with this to much numbers because my contract which I agree of it's R300. You will not call I know. Hope people can see that since March 2021 I've been paying more than I have agreed for my contract.
