ARREARS BUT IM UP TO DATE!

Why do I keep getting SMSes that my account is in arrears (Happens several times a week) and that my phone will be suspended. IT IS NOT IN ARREARS. I spoke to the supervisor on Friday who confirmed all is in order and now again this morning I receive the same SMS!!

I have numerous reference numbers to give you as im trying to sort this out.

PLEASE GET THE MANAGER TO SORT THIS OUT OR AT LEAST SOMEONE WHO IS CAPABLE OF DOING SO.

Is there R170 a month added that no one can tell me why its added? ALSO SEE TO THAT!

I want both my lines sorted by end of today with a zero balance as it is up to date!
