you first of all say i am in arrears when in fact MY DEBIT ORDER WENT OFF! secondly i was told to sent an email(which is supposed to be answered within 24/48 hours) IT HAS BEEN A WEEK AND NO RESPONSES, no one is available for online chat on your website also! I AM NOT GIVING YOU CONSENT TO TAKE A DEBIT ORDER ON 22 JUNE AS I AM NOT IN ARREARS
