Area still not recognized as fibre live - 4 weeks later!

<p>Title says it all, 4 weeks after having my fibre go live the CellC website does not recognise my area as being live and neither the sales agent nor the Area Manager can sign me up, they start off all enthuasiastic but then interest dwindles. This review is my last ditch attempt to get resolution otherwise it is time to head over to VOX who see me as being live and ready to go :(</p>
