Are you trying to ***** money off each contract?

For two years I have been a customer of Cell C and now all of a sudden charges to my bill without my consent. My first contract was upgraded in March. the contract came with a 3 month free 2gb and on the fourth month, it was added by them without any consent and expected me to pay. for two years I have had the same contract and paid the same amount monthly. Now I have content services to the value of R300 added to my account as well. Are you trying to ***** money off each contract? I will be canceling all of my contracts (three of them) and would rather pay more with another service provider. This is theft. No wonder Hello Peter has such bad reviews about this network.
