Approved contract without receiving Sim Card

<p>I received terrible services from Cell C , App**** online for a contract and was approved , e-mail dated 2016-06-11 told me Cell C will contact me to schedule the delivery for my Sim Card. Until this day nobody contact me. I phoned Cell C regarding the delay of the delivery and was advised the person doing the delivery was twice at the building but don't know where it is cannot see building al do it is clearly marked. I asked why they did not contact me to find out I was told they contact my home number yet why not my cell number since I'm at work? Cell C did not take any accountability for the bad service and only made exuses. Almost a week no sim card and no contact was made by cell C to me clearly they do not respect customers.</p>
