Approved and then Declined

I walked pass a CellC store and grabbed a booklet and read about the BuyOut contract with upto R20k, i spoke to a consultant who explained the process and told him i will get back to him, i decided to go ahead and put together all documents he required to go ahead. I sat on Monday for almost half of the day going through the topsy turvy answers that i was approved, then declined. I spoke to Pardon at HQ level who looked into it and called me back stating that i have been approved and can go into to the store to complete the contracts. I go in and find that nothing was done on the system and we all could not get PArdon back on line, i called back and spoke to Angela at escalations and she assured me she will get it resolved. An entre day passes and i hear nothign so i called in to find out only to hear that Pardons manager Stephan declined the application again, i called and spoke to Angela and she said she will look into it again, i have been waiting since and made several calls to find that im back to sq 1 with a contract approval thats On Hold, i have already sent cancellation notes to my current SP's and sit in a predicament as my cancellation notices have already been noted
