<p>Hi My Name is Mbali i wrote a review yesterday complaining about the bad service i received from one of the call centre agents from cell c in KZN, I can proudly say cell c attended to my complain and my querry. A guy by the name Derrick Makhubele attended to my complain and actually helped me. its good to know that theres businesses like CELLC who actually care about their customers and business. i honestly am appreciative of the service i got and how quickly it was resolved. thumbs up to CELL C and its team.</p> <p>Mbali</p>
