App**** for an upgrade but no update regarding no

i received a call from Cellc 18 June regarding my cellphone upgrade for BB 9720, i did everything to apply for upgrade over the phone and was told delivery 3 to 5 working days. till today i havent received anything and i need the phone by next week Monday as i will be out of town.<br> <br> i decided to call and follow up as no one bothered to call me and tell me they are out of stock an delivery will delay, and the agent told me a sales person will call me and update me, and i again called them myself today to follow up.<br> <br>
