Application gone missing

I did online application, which was then 'referred'. I got response requesting that I upload documents. I did so and got confirmation that documents were received and a response would be available in 3 hours. I did not get a response and when I went on the online portal the application/order has disappeared. I contacted the Cell C connect contact centre and they cannot see the application either and cannot offer further assistance apart from requesting to start a new application.
