APPAULING SERVICE!!

I have been a Cell C customer for more than 15 years and i have never received such bad customer service from Cell C or any other service provider.

I called Cell C this morning(11 January 2024) to do a sim swap. the customer service lady who assisted me was so rude. she told me my sim card is RICA'd and I needed a none RICA'd sim to do a sim swap. I proceeded to tell her that cell c store refuse to sell me a none RICA'd sim(mind you I had gone too 3 different stores and they said the same thing). I asked her what other altenatives do i have if i can't get a none RICA'd sim at Cell C. she got very angry with me and decided to hang up the phone instead of adleast putting me through too someone who could assist.

Thank god my contract with Cell C will end this year. i will no long have this problem. ill simply port my number to another service provider.

Cell C just lost an old client.
