Appauling Service and Disfunctional

<p>My partner and I did an online application to whiche we received and email confirming that the application and order was successful and that someone will call to discuss a delivery date. To which we did not hear from, so we called in and not one person was able to assist us and was not able to even pick up the order that we placed even though we got a receipt and agreement with a agreement number from Cell C directly. They dont even offer a solution on how to assist this matter or to rectify it, Instead we just get told oh we dont pick it up. I am appauled and discusted at this level of service!!! Clearly they dont need the business or care about customers or potential customers!!! NICE GOING CELL C!!!</p>
