Appauling service

<p>I took out a mobile rooter contract with cell c in June 2016. I had a connection problem of which I called them to inform of the issue. They logged a call after I had taken the matter to hellopeter and advised they will investigate. They did and i was then advised that unfortunately at the moment they do not have a network pole in my area and that is why I am struggling to connect to the internet. I was given a reverence number that I must use in order to cancel the contract that i am paying but cannot use. This morning I called cell c and I was taken from pillar to post and when I finally spoke to Sindi who said he will be able to cancel, he told me that I need to pay R899.00. My question is: Why am I paying for a service i am not receiving? I want the contract cancelled, they can collect their wifi rooter and I refuse to pay them anything.</p>
