Appauling Service
Totally the worst service delivery. Between Cell C and Vodacom I will never use them. Appauling service. Lack of Respect and lack of effort done to satisfy customers. Lying on their back whatching videos at loud volume between staff. We need to speak as loud as we possibly can so that the service consultant can hear us. The Service consultant did not seem to care. Centurion Mall Cell C staff, you are a disgrace to the Employer & Public.

We want all our customers to be given proper service and be treated with the respect they deserve. This is not the norm or standard of service we want for our customers.
This will be addressed with the store manager and the action to have this kind of behavior rectified will be taken. Sincere apologies for the unsatisfactory service and inconvenience caused.
