APPAULING, ROTTEN, RUDE DISSERVICE

I called in this afternoon and had a very bad customer service from a consultant by the name of Betty Mathobela who even had the audacity shout and hung up on me during my query. This is absolutely not acceptable, she does not deserve to be working in a customer care department. A huge thank you to Sabelo for reflecting positively on the company by making sure my query is attended to and solved to my satisfaction.
