Appauling Cell C Customer service

<p>My wife had recently been intouch with Cell c to upgrade her wifi contract and its been such a mission to get the wifi sim card verified , a lady called about three days after we received the device to setiup and ask security questions , she was extremely rude in that she insisted that the questions where incorrect and litteraly dopped the calll without hearing us out and brushing us off to go to a store instead. All we require is the number to be validated accordinly ********** 778 so we may continue doing business.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
