apparently i'm overdue
It seems i have a ghost overdue account that are reflecting on my ITC that no one at cell c can found. their legal department does not even bother to pick up their line since their are the only people in the whole company who can help me with this query. Not even Head office can assist me. cell c are absolutely useless and their incompetence are making things difficult for me. What are you people getting paid for????
