APPALLING SERVICES RECEIVED FROM CELL C

Appalling services received from Cell c - Set up a contract about a year and a half ago and my direct debits havent been going off. Contacted the call centre numerous times and was told my banking details are incorrect. I corrected my details plenty of times on the calls made to Cell C . How was my contract approved if there is a problem with my banking details??? Is there no system in place or you guys are just *********** customers.

The Call centre agents as well as their line managers are of no help. They promise to call you back and of course that just does not happen. You then receive calls from the debt collection agencies harrassing you to make a payment arrangement yet Cell C failed to set up a simple Direct Debit . Agents tell you that you should find alternative methods to pay. I am the customer and the Direct debit is most convenient for me. I can't be risking my health to stand in a line given the crisis we are facing at the moment just to pay for a bill.

Cell C - Your services are absolutely appalling. I will never stay with your company let alone refer you to anyone!!!
