Appalling services from Cell C

I've signed up for a Cellphone contract almost 2 years ago at Cell c. Worst decision I've ever made. No debit orders were going off. Contacted Cell c numerous times to resolve this issue and had my debt details changed more than 10 times. I was promised calls backs and of course they failed to contact me. My contract is about to come to an end soon and All of a sudden Cell C was able to take a Debit order in June. Once again they have gone back to Square one in July by not taking it out. They have now barred my line and I'm stuck at home with Covid and non of my family or friends can get through. I also have to work from home and it's so inconvenient because of these bunch of *********** people. Called the contact centre and again I was told I will be called by a manager named Collin. I've had enough of your Cell C!!!!
