Appalling service. Promised to send an email regarding a Paid up Letter on an account I settled and they haven't!!
I have spoken to consultants on Customer care regarding a paid up letter. I spoke to a Nomthandanzo and a Kgomotso for which I requested a paid up letter. They tell me they will send after 21 days... Why the hell for when I have a POP And a statement of settlement from attorneys Whats worse they promised they would Send me an email as soon as I got off the call. That was more than 2 hours ago. How difficult is it to get a paid up letter?? I have PAID. JUST GIVE ME MY LETTER AND CLEAR MY NAME CELL C!!

I got a call from an agent Nomthandazo on Thursday who then promised to send me an email wherein I can send her the POP so she can escalate for my Paid up letter.
Today it's Friday and still nothing from them.
