Appalling service – Poor network coverage

<p>I took out a contract with you guys for R99 which was for a Wifi-Router then later went to your branch at The Glen Mall and got a laptop for R409 which came with a modem and was told that I’ll be given 500mb and will be charged if I use more.</p> <p> </p> <p>For the 1st month I was informed that I will be debited almost double then moving forward I’ll be debited R409 for the laptop deal.</p> <p>What I don’t seem to understand is that I’ve been paying over R700 ever since which I really don’t understand because I don’t use the Modem that came with the laptop I only use the Wifi-Router whenever I get a signal because your network coverage at home is always on limited service.</p> <p> </p> <p>I wanted to return the laptop after purchasing it because of the poor signal but I was forced to keep it as your consultant refused to cancel my contract. I would like a breakdown of my data usage and why I’m being debited so much every month.</p> <p> </p> <p>I know just how helpless this company is. Please note that I will reverse your debit and make cash payments on a monthly basis if this is not sorted out. </p>
