Appalling service from Cell C

I am so disappointed and frustrated at the incredibly poor service from Cell C. I have been trying for over 6 weeks to get the new cellphone I have paid for with my upgrade. Numerous calls where I am promised action with no delivery. I was promised the phone on Friday, no delivery. I was then promised the phone on Monday, no delivery. I was then promised the phone today, and surprise surprise still no delivery. I will have to phone yet again tomorrow and listen to more excuses and promises with more than likely no action. Absolutely disgusting service Cell C. Whatever happened to just doing what the client has paid and asked for?
