Appalling service from Cell C

I have been trying to get a hold of Cell C legal team for more than 2 months now. i have only been given a ref number that they will call me back but nothing has happened since. I need this account paid and cleared. Trying to get a hold of Cell C legal team is pathetic, it took me more than 2 hours waiting on hold. I need them to call me as soon as possible so that i can get this done as soon as possible. You guys are holding up from moving forward with my life. i am constantly getting declined for applications and did not know why. until i find out that there is 2 cell phone contracts under my name which has not be paid for, which i have no idea off.

So Please give me a call urgently so i can get through this nightmare.
