Appalling service even after following up!!!

I am STILL waiting for my query to be resolved by Cell C since last week Thursday. They have the nerve to send me a stupid message saying that my query has been resolved when I have not received a single call from them and my money, that they had no business taking, has not been refunded back to me.

This is the worst service I have received from this service provider really, I'm so glad I have canceled all my contracts that I have with them!!!!!

I am still waiting for a resolution 3 days later!!! Really Cell C needs to work on their client care because this is ridiculous to say the least. If client care is not your core focus why are you in business at all???

Can I just get my refund so that I don't have to deal with pathetic service any longer!!! Yet another week has gone by, really upsetting!!!!
