APPALLING SERVICE CELL C
I have been trying to upgrade my contract since August 2021 originally to an I phone 12. received several SMS notifications that the order was delayed due to limited stock. Eventually in October I called and was told that I should not panic as my contract ended in November and the handset would be delivered by then. At the start of November I called again and to my surprise was told that the upgrade had been cancelled as they were now upgrading to I phone 13. I went through the entire upgrade process with a consultant and was told that i would receive e mail correspondence confirming my upgrade. To date no email received just an SMS to say that my credit was approved. After now contacting retentions department via email i have now received and SMS to say "please find feedback for your case number" but there is no feedback. Again I have now sent an e mail to customer care which has bounced back as there server is full. Four months later and still no where nearer to receiving my upgrade and now no communication at all. I have now e mailed *** twice and both times the mail has bounced back with a message "email address cannot be found at domain".
This scenario goes from bad to worse and to date not even one apology for the total lack of service.

Went through long security check then was told I would be transferred to retentions to discuss upgrade.
I finally thought I was getting somewhere until the call was transferred and I received a voice message that the extension does not exist and was cut off.
