Appalling service

If there was a zero rating this company would definitely get it, as they don’t even deserve one star. I had an issue where I incorrectly sent money to their account and to get my money back has been a daunting process. The only person who atleast tried to be of help was Gabisile Ntombela who was almost helpful and decided to their Operations manager Simphiwe who gave me a very appealing service as a senior. I logged a query with them on 03/03/2025 and to date 14/03/2025 nothing was done, I need to constantly make contact with them and when you do they request for documents you’ve already sent. The ref is ***9 and I require urgent attention and assistance to this matter as I’m already escalating to the Ombudsman
